At Coosaw Farms, Food Safety is an integral part of our entire organization. Our comprehensive program includes growing, harvesting, packing and shipping. It also includes non-production items such as the training of employees and the ongoing development of resourceful training materials. We take great pride in the fresh produce we provide to consumers and always want the name, "Coosaw Farms," to represent the best from our family to yours.
The goal of our Hazard Control Program is to institute a proactive food safety system where potential hazards are anticipated and controlled from growing to distribution. Food Safety and quality control are the responsibility of all employees of Coosaw Farms as well as our affiliated service and product providers. Coosaw Farms is committed to providing the tools and guidelines for producing safe, wholesome, quality products and all employees are accountable for consistently maintaining these standards.
